DESIGN INTENT

More than geometry.

WORK WITH AN AGENT

From your intent. To your next iteration.

Describe the change, work in your model, and keep the context that matters. One conversation, closer to your next design.

WHERE WE’RE GOING

Good design shouldn’t start over every time.

Two workflows. One ambition: let your engineering experience do more.

01 / DESIGN INTENT

Assemble once. Carry the logic forward.

Your assembly contains more than parts. It holds the relationships, parameters, and decisions that make the design work. We’re building a way to turn that experience into reusable rules.

  • Understand the relationships between parts
  • Make parameter and mate intent explicit
  • Carry your corrections into the next variation

Parameters

Rail length follows the travel parameter

02
Mates

Keep the motor and ball screw concentric

Your corrections

Preserve the base mounting pattern

02 / DRAWING AUTOMATION

One template. A whole set, in sync.

Bring your drawing standard to every model variant. Our planned workflow connects template reuse, batch generation, and review, so repetitive drawing work can become a repeatable process.

  • Keep views and title blocks consistent
  • Generate drawing sets from model variants
  • Bring review items together before delivery
ONE STANDARD. EVERY SHEET.
ENGINEER IN CONTROL

Your experience. Your final say.

01

Work with what you already know

Start in SolidWorks, with your existing models and engineering context.

02

Keep your knowledge in the project

Use project rules to carry requirements and corrections into the conversation.

03

Inspect the work as it happens

Read back model parameters and review results before the next step.

MEET YOUR NEXT DESIGN PARTNER

Let your experience shape what comes next.

FAQ

A few things to know.

The current preview supports SolidWorks 2025 on Windows 10 / 11 x64. Other SolidWorks versions and CAD platforms are not yet supported. We plan to expand compatibility over time.

Chippo is currently at version 0.1.0 Alpha. Its existing capabilities focus on conversational modeling, iterative parameter changes, and project rule context, with validation still needed in real engineering environments. Select “Download Chippo” to see installation requirements and download availability. The dialog shows an unavailable message if the installer has not been published or release information cannot be loaded.

Automatic learning of assembly parameters and mates is in development. Template import and batch 2D drawing generation are planned capabilities. The assembly and drawing areas on this website are interactive workflow illustrations, not the actual product interface, and do not imply that these capabilities are available today.

Validate the workflow on copies of your project first. An engineer should check dimensions, mates, views, and drawing properties. Batch processing reduces repetitive work but does not replace engineering review before delivery.
